Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Flor, including by joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, and you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

2. The service

Flor is a personal finance application that brings your financial accounts together, through Plaid and assets you add manually, to give you a clear view of your finances. Features described on our site are still in development during pre-launch and may change, launch later, or be withdrawn.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use at support@florfinance.com.

4. Trials & billing

Flor offers a 14-day free trial with no card required. Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide prorated refunds except where required by law. Prices are shown when you subscribe and may change with notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you agree not to:

• Access another person's accounts or data without authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the service or its infrastructure.
• Use bots or other automated means to access the service, or attempt to circumvent its security, rate limits, or access controls.
• Use Flor for unlawful purposes or to violate any third party's rights.

6. Not financial advice

Flor is an informational tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Balances and figures are sourced from third parties and may be delayed or inaccurate. Always verify with your financial institution before making decisions.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flor Finance LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from reliance on data displayed in the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Termination

You may stop using Flor and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the service and its users. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes & contact

We may update these terms as Flor evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date, and continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions? Email support@florfinance.com and we will be happy to help.
